As an Enterprise Account Executive, your drive to succeed will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Workspot. You’ll seek out new opportunities and communicate the business value it delivers to Senior and C-Level IT and Business executives. You’ll lead the sales cycle, end-to-end, orchestrating internal and external resources working closely with Sales Engineering, Business Development and Partner teams. Key Responsibilities
- Working within the assigned territory, identify, qualify, and drive to closure new sales opportunities for the Workspot Platform.
- Achieve sales quota by developing and executing a sales strategy and detailed sales plan for the territory.
- Possess a proficient understanding of the Workspot Platform.
· Conduct initial Executive and CxO presentations communicating Workspot’s value.
- Guide customers through their decision process.
- Partner with Go-To-Market teams to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Partner with Sales Engineering to align with customers on their technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Document activities in CRM and regularly communicate activities to sales management.
- Negotiate pricing and facilitate contract discussions with legal and procurement teams.
- Represent Workspot at events and trade shows.
- Meet and exceed quota targets.
What we’re looking for.
- 7-10+ years of full cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- A track record of success driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement.
· Self-starter with a meticulous attention to detail who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listener who is adept at probing to uncover customer requirements.
- Pro-active independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude, and Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
- BA / BS required.
Salary Range - $130,000-$150,000 (based on experience) + commission. OTE - $260,000-$300,000
