Job Description
REPOWR is looking for a high-energy Customer Success Manager to be both problem-solver and growth partner for our suppliers, carriers, and brokers - resolving issues that come up day to day while helping each partner get more value from our platform.
This role is ideal for someone with a freight broker, carrier operation, or logistics background who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced tech-enabled environment. You will focus on both the supply and demand side of our ecosystem, helping partners optimize their asset utilization and generate revenue through continuous platform usage. You'll own a portfolio of active accounts, responsible for partner satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
In this role, you will:
- Field incoming partner issues and prioritize by urgency and complexity
- Diagnose root cause behind transaction, booking, payment, or listing problems
- Escalate complex cases to Product or Operations and track them to close
- Onboard and train users on the platform
- Flag underperforming accounts and recommend ways to re-engage them
- Maintain accurate case and account records in HubSpot
