Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Claims & Risk Operations to own REPOWR’s claims and incident management processes. This role is responsible for handling accident and damage claims between carriers, trailer owners, and insurance companies, while also building the systems and processes that ensure fast, fair, and cost-effective resolutions. This is both a hands-on and strategic role - you’ll manage open claims daily while also shaping the long-term insurance and risk operations function at REPOWR.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in claims, insurance, risk management, compliance, or a related logistics/transportation role.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and carrier liability.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with carriers and insurers.
- Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to build and improve workflows.
- Experience working in logistics, transportation, or equipment leasing preferred.
