Onsights is a venture-backed AI startup focused on bringing e-commerce analytics to brick-and-mortar mall operators, retailers and shopping centers. We are tackling a $17 trillion market by building the world’s most accurate location-intelligence solution that helps our customers understand the behavior of every visitor to their location: where they go, what they do and most importantly why.

We have successfully deployed solutions to government agencies and are seeing unprecedented interest in our solution from large enterprise customers. Onsights is looking for curious minded professionals who are passionate about developing themselves in a collaborative team setting where individual strengths are valued and utilized. We are a culturally and geographically diverse team, with approximately 25 team members across five US states and three countries.
Your Role
- Develop modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Design interactive data visualizations (d3.js, Chart.js)
- Integrate APIs (REST, OpenAPI, Swagger)
- Optimize performance and implement frontend testing (Jest, Cypress)
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Experience with CSS-in-JS (e.g. Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
- Experience with frontend testing (Jest, Cypress)
- English at minimum B1 level (work in an international environment)
- Polish at minimum C1 level
Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process consists of 4 stages:
- Screening interview with Agata (Recruiter)
- Technical call with Luis ( VP of Engineering & Chief Data Officer)
- Deep technical interview with Łukasz (Engineering Manager)
- Final interview with Matt (CTO)
