We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a frontline for our company, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction following the process and SOPs set by the management. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email/phone.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Working with our system and processes as directed by the company.
  • Liaising with customers, hotels, guests, etc. as directed by the company.
  • Ensuring great customer experience and success.
  • Antipicate the needs of the company and communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to better assist customers.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Positive and is able to work well with a team.
  • Can take feedback effectively.
  • Willing to work on US based time frames regardless of present timezone, willing to cover weekends.
  • Good and stable internet connection, able to provide back-up.
  • Good reliable laptop or PC.
