Job Description:

As a Senior Relationship Manager , you will be responsible for developing, retaining, and expanding an existing customer portfolio within Private Equity, M&A, and Corporate Finance. This is a commercially focused role where you will drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong product adoption.

You will own your customer portfolio end-to-end – from onboarding and ongoing engagement to commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract renewals. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong structure, and the ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within an existing customer portfolio through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals

  • Ensure high customer retention and actively work to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

  • Lead onboarding, regular check-ins, and customer reviews to ensure value realization and strong product adoption

  • Own contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients within Private Equity, M&A, and Corporate Finance

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. Analysts, CFOs, Heads of M&A)

  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Product teams

  • Maintain a structured and proactive approach to account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting
