Overview

Grata is the leading private market dealmaking platform. We make it easy to find, research, and engage with private companies. Our platform has the most comprehensive, accurate, and searchable proprietary data on private companies, their financials, and their owners.

We help leading investors (PE/growth), investment bankers, management consultants, and corporate development teams discover and win more deals. Grata has over 700 customers and has been widely recognized as the market leader by G2, PE Wire, and more.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution for the labeling tool used by our researchers (end users / customers of the product). The labeling tool is embedded into the day-to-day operations of our Philippine-based team where researchers utilize the tool to receive their assignments, complete the requested tasks (label training dataset for ML models, handle customer requests, manually QA/QC the data from vendors and automation, etc.), and return the results to data core to feed into Grata’s client-facing platform.

In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact among product team, engineers (AI/ML, FE/BE), researchers, data operators, and data pillar leads. You will continuously drive improvements to create efficiency for the product using a combination of automation, tool enhancements, and process improvement.

You will report to the Director of Data Product while working closely with the Director of Data Operations and Engineering Lead for the tooling squad with a lot of responsibility, collaboration, and interactions with a global
team.
