We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative who brings energy, discipline, curiosity, and a strong desire to win. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, AI-enabled sales environment, takes pride in sharpening their outbound craft, and wants to help scale a platform that is actively accelerating global scientific discovery.

What will you accomplish?

  • Generate qualified new business opportunities across global markets through strategic outbound prospecting, including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, trade shows, and other targeted channels.
  • Identify, prioritize, and nurture high-potential prospects within companies that supply scientific research products and services.
  • Understand each prospect’s business needs, challenges, and goals, and clearly communicate relevant insights to the Bioz Account Executives you partner with.
  • Articulate Bioz’s value proposition, AI capabilities, badges, and data solutions in a compelling way that aligns with each prospect’s specific priorities and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records of prospect interactions, account insights, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to share market feedback, improve outbound processes, and contribute to ongoing product and positioning improvements.

What do we need from you?

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B technology prospecting, preferably in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound prospecting role.
  • Proven experience building pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound sales motions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage prospects clearly, confidently, and professionally. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to giving and receiving feedback as part of a team committed to improving sales and marketing processes.
  • High energy, resilience, curiosity, and a strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and win.
  • A reliable remote work setup and the discipline, accountability, and communication skills needed to thrive in a fully remote environment.

What would give you an edge?

  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS prospecting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, outbound-focused environment.
  • Domain experience or an educational background in science, biotech, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • A proven track record of exceeding quota as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role in a SaaS environment.
