For more details, visit https://www.aarnanetworks.com/Title: Demand Generation ManagerOverview:Develop and execute strategic demand generation initiatives to drive interest, leads, and pipeline for sales. Requires strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives2. Nurture leads to ensure qualification to MQLs3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering to align efforts4. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital and traditional)5. Align content with audience segments and buyer’s journey6. Coordinate with content team and event plans7. Align with marketing planner; suggest changes per strategy and timelines8. Plan and implement lead generation programs across the funnel9. Ensure seamless handoff of MQLs to sales10. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance11. Use KPIs for optimization and recommendations12. Utilize MAP/CRM (HubSpot) and related tech to execute and track campaigns13. Stay current on industry trends/technologies14. Hands-on with AI tools to improve campaign effectivenessQualifications:1. Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related (advanced degree plus)2. Proven demand generation experience, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS3. Success in planning/executing multi-channel campaigns4. Strong analytical skills; translate data to insights5. Experience with MAP/CRM and relevant marketing tech6. Excellent communication and collaboration7. Creative thinker with innovative ideas8. Results-driven; focus on achieving/exceeding targetsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):1. MQLs generated2. Conversion rates at each stage3. ROI of demand gen campaigns4.
