About the Role:Drive revenue growth by generating new sales opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and ensuring consistent follow-up to close deals. Proactive engagement via virtual platforms; close collaboration with sales and marketing.Key Responsibilities:- Source and engage new opportunities via email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels- Build and nurture relationships via virtual meetings; present value proposition- Respond to inbound inquiries (chats, emails, calls) to convert leads- Collaborate with Head of Sales to refine outreach and align with goals- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and key decision-makers- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information- Align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns; manage pipeline and follow-upsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent experience- 3–6 years in inside sales/lead generation or similar- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and negotiation- Familiarity with CRM systems; goal-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualities:- Experience with Apollo, HubSpot, Lusha, Lemlist- Thrive in a fast-paced startup; strong interpersonal skills; results-driven- Ability to engage diverse international clients
