Job Title: Accounts ManagerAn accounts manager is responsible for growth through increased sales and customer acquisition. Focus on generating leads, contacting potential clients, and nurturing existing relationships. Looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.Responsibilities:- Source new sales opportunities via inbound follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails- Identify and qualify new sales leads using networks and research- Understand customer needs and requirements- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest- Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory- Strong note-taking to document meetings and present results to managementRequirements and skills:- Proven inside sales experience; track record of over-achieving quota- Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong listening and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively- Growing business through new leads/contacts; identifying new revenue opportunities- BA/BS degree or equivalent
