For more details, visit https://www.aarnanetworks.com/Title: Demand Generation ManagerOverview: Develop and execute strategic demand generation initiatives to drive interest, leads, and pipeline. Blend strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to run effective programs.Key Responsibilities: Implement comprehensive demand generation strategy; Nurture leads through stages to MQL; Collaborate across marketing, sales, engineering; Plan/execute/optimize multi-channel campaigns; Use data-driven targeting and buyer’s journey content; Align campaigns with events/conferences and roadmap; Maintain/adjust marketing planner; Plan and implement lead gen programs; Collaborate with sales for MQL handoff; Monitor/analyze/evaluate campaign performance; Use KPIs to optimize; Utilize marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot); Stay current with industry trends; Use AI tools to improve campaigns.Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related (advanced degree a plus); Proven demand generation experience (preferably B2B tech/SaaS); Success with multi-channel campaigns; Strong analytical skills; Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and related tech; Excellent communication/collaboration; Creative thinker; Results-driven mindset.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): MQLs generated; Funnel conversion rates; ROI for campaigns; Pipeline contribution and revenue; Engagement metrics (CTR, open rates).
