Location: India/Bangalore/RemoteExperience: 6–8 yearsType: Full-timeQualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plusAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Lead/Manager to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in IT sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new sales leads using networks, research, and outbound strategies (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel and maintain relationships with existing partners- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently- Effectively present company products/services and value propositions to customers and partners- Collaborate with internal teams, especially engineering and marketing, to align sales efforts and customer needs- Conduct product demos, tailor scripts, and articulate technical solutions to align with customer requirements- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM tools such as Salesforce- Prepare clear and impactful presentations and meeting notes for internal and external stakeholders- Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities and emerging trends- Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 6–8 years of business development or inside sales experience, preferably in the IT or tech industry- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines- Technical acumen and strong analytical skillsPreferred Qualities:- Self-driven, fast learner, team player
