Focus on generating sales leads, contacting potential clients, and nurturing existing customer relationships. Inside Sales Representative profile that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails; Identify and qualify new sales leads; Understand customer needs and requirements; Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives; Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest; Maintain and expand database of prospects; Strong note-taking and meeting documentation.Requirements and skills: Proven inside sales experience; Track record of over-achieving quota; Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools; Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM; Excellent verbal and written communication; Strong listening and presentation; Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time; Grow business via new leads/contacts; Identify new revenue opportunities; BA/BS degree or equivalent.
