About the Role: The Inside Sales Lead drives revenue growth by generating new sales opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and ensuring consistent follow-up to close deals. Proactive engagement with customers via virtual platforms and collaboration with the sales team to execute lead-generation strategies and campaigns.Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and engage new opportunities via email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels; Build and nurture relationships through virtual meetings; Respond to inbound inquiries (chats, emails, calls) to convert leads; Collaborate with Head of Sales to refine outreach and align with goals; Conduct market research to identify prospects and key decision-makers; Maintain and update CRM systems; Align with marketing on campaigns and initiatives; Manage pipeline and schedule meetings/demos/sales discussions.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Management or related, or equivalent experience; 3–6 years in inside sales/lead generation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong communication and outreach writing; Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills; Familiarity with CRM systems; Self-motivated, goal-oriented, committed to targets.Preferred Qualities: Experience with Apollo, HubSpot, Lusha, Lemlist; Thrive in fast-paced startup environment; Strong interpersonal skills; Results-driven, customer-focused; Adapt communication for diverse international clients.
